The cave within the pool was too good....overall stay was exceptional....it is really a huge property....evening high tea was great.....special mention to the guava craft beer in the 'Salsa' restaurant.

The service whether it was room service or restaurant service, the staff is exclusive and very polite. The pyramisa restaurant staff very great. Was fully satisfied with the staff and staff service.

The property is vast and beautifully maintained - a true oasis on the city’s edge, with interesting architecture and sweeping lawns that give a resort-like feel without having to leave Pune. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt clean and well looked after. The pool area is especially lovely; wide open, with plenty of loungers and space to relax. The resort caters well to both couples and families. It’s quiet enough for a relaxing weekend escape but lively enough to keep everyone entertained, with sports facilities, a gym, and even an outdoor games area. If I had to nitpick, the service can feel a little behind current standards, and the check-in process could be smoother. But overall, these were minor details in what was otherwise a great stay.
