The staff were exceptional, if there was anything ever missing they would replace it straight away. They were hospitable and were always willing to help. I initially shared the room with a friend but she left earlier for her travels and I stayed two extra nights on my own. I felt safe and looked after. They accommodated my requests and were always on hand. I would like to shout out Majid, Karan Leena, and there was another member that I didn’t get the name of as I checked out, but also the housekeeping staff and everyone that helped along the way.

Location is convenient near to Ra Station. Breakfast was nice, variety of snack's were there. Staff were prompt in Service for any demand.

Value for money. Very close to Pune Railway Station. Rooms were big enough for a family. As usual Hotel staff were friendly.
