The whole staff at Crowne Plaza were extremely kind and cooperative. However, the restaurant team including the Mgr were the best; the food was delicious and the team carried a pleasant demeanor at all times and were great at assisting. I want to highlight Pratik specifically who was so proactive, cheerful and helpful.

Service: 10/10 Every request was promptly resolved. They were friendly and understanding. Breakfast: 9/10 The buffet spread was quite good and there was an additional live counter.

The hotel was decent, with a good view. The rooftop restaurant was good, with very courteous staff.
