The variety of dishes at breakfast was superb the staff was very friendly especially the driver he helped us a lot to catch a bus to sun moon lake

Was a nice hotel, and a great starting point for a day trip to Sun Moon Lake. Breakfast is very Chinese, which is totally fine and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and with Google Translate we could communicate well.

The staff here were amazing and friendly. The location is beyond perfect. Everything is walkable- takes less than 10 min to get to the convenience store like Family Mart & 7-11. There's also near to the public transport instantly accessible. Our room was on the 13th floor and faced the mountain and what a magnificent view it was especially at night, our room was lovely and big and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillow options. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was really well maintained.

The refurbished room looks much better than before. Remaining the old style waxed wooden floor is eye catching.
