Went in October 2024. Could pay for both the hotel stay and tours with credit card, without any additional fee. Lovely place with very friendly staff who helped me upon arrival and recommended me tours to go on. Although it was one of the furthest hotels from the port, a short 5 minute taxi ride that costs $1 gets you there.

I moved to this hotel from Sierra Negra hotel and it was MUCH better - a much more homely feel, in a much better condition, with nice decoration, more areas to relax in, and a great breakfast included. Great location - and opposite a great cafe (Pan Y Vino). There are friendly staff and the hotel also has a travel agency.

The place is super cute just one street away from the beach. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable and water and coffee available throughout the day. When I am coming back I will definately stay there again! 😀
