Pablo, he was amazing and kind, he is on top of everything, takibg care of all your needs, he is an excelent host. The garden is beautiful as well as the dogs that come to visit.

The bed was really comfy! Water pressure is excellent. Very good breakfast. And the staff is very friendly!

Relaxed. Staff friendly and helpful. Paulo let us use the office desktop computer to make a booking when we were unable to do so on our mobiles and tablet. Able to use communal kitchen and lounge, as well as garden. Quiet location. Quirky hotel. Breakfast quirky, with very nice kuchen served every morning.

Excellent location and sweet host Pablo! Thank You for all of your help and guidance to great resto La Olla! We really enjoyed feeling at home with you and recommend to anyone wanting to explore lovely Puerto Varas while feeling at home by the warm fire upstairs at cozy Casa Ellies Great little patisserie around the corner as well with AMAZING quiche! Look forward to seeing you again upon our return. Abrazos❤️
