The attention to detail on the setup of the room from furniture to decoration is incredible. The facilities of the pool and the Lush greenery is particularly lovely. The restaurant and the food are really good, not the coffee but that's a worthy compromise to make for how great this place is.

Our apartment, PH del Sol, was gorgeous… spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with an amazing “big” view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta, and a Jacuzzi for relaxation. The bedroom was very quiet with a comfortable bed and an assortment of pillows and cushions. Despite there being lots of stairs, due to the location of the hotel and its natural layout on the hillside overlooking Puerto Vallarta, there is a small lift to all floors!! The pool area is lovely, with a main pool and some small pools and jacuzzis. There are different terraces with lots of green foliage and an amazing old tree which offers welcoming shade. The drinks served at the bar were great and the breakfast menu and snacks served in the restaurant were excellent (we didn’t actually have a full meal there). The gym is well equipped, and although we didn’t use the spa, I will next time! Communication by WhatsApp was very smooth at all times with the hotel reception, and although the lift wasn’t working one afternoon, it was quickly and quietly fixed by the following morning.
