The apartments are cleaned every 3 days, towels and sheets are changed every 3 days. Key collection and check-in take place at the Monteparaiso Apartments, one day before arrival all the information for the check-in is sent.Please note that the swimming pool is accessed by a flight of stairs.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

They were changing the towels and even did and fixed the sheets of the couch bed. Really sweet and available also through phone (one help you by phone and the partner by person)

The apartment was in an ideal location for me. As a solo traveller I felt safe there and it was lovely and quiet. I also was provided with plenty clean towels throughout my stay. I found all the staff very nice and friendly.
