Good price (with a basic breakfast). Arrived late at night with a last minute reservation and we had a smooth check in.

The owners are really nice people, The room is quite large and minimal in style, without unnecessary decorations that you need to be careful about. Strong air conditioning provided relaxation after hot days, and it was also important that there was a place to park the car. The place is really in a quiet area.

For me this was a comfortable private room stay in a local guesthouse. The residence had a nice room with a/c and a private bathroom. The residence is run a local family and took very good care of me. I was welcomed by Buena who received me after she finished school. Buena is doing an awesome job in hosting guest at such a young age. Of course this is not a 5 star hotel or a 3 star hotel so make sure to adjust your expectation to a simple comfortable stay for a reasonable price. Very good value for money. Location is a bit far from the centre so you should not expect to have access to all the restaurants, cafes, shops of the city centre. Instead, the guesthouse is in a charming local community with few carinderia and sarisari stors around.
