It was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. The bed and pillows were so nice and comfortable. Rainshowers are really good too. The breakfast changes everyday too. The staff were nice and responsive.

When we arrived, I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the lobby while we were waiting for our room. The weather was hot, especially since it was already April. Also, in the room, the shower and toilet were in separate areas, which made it a bit inconvenient to go back and forth between the two doors. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Robinsons Mall—just a 2-minute walk away. The room was clean, and the amenities were complete, which made our stay comfortable overall.
