Super friendly staff, convenient location close to little shops, some very nice restaurants and by tricycle or 30 mins by foot you’re on the main road and a mall. Value for money was unbeatable with even a basic breakfast included. Don’t expect too much as it is a Homestay, facilities basic but even had a little air con and fans, beds and pillows a little hard and could be cleaner in spots like on the shelves and desk but main things like bed and bathroom was clean.

It's not a hotel, but a very warm, friendly family. For the low price I was expecting nothing. So I was pleasantly surprised: clean, A/C, private toilet, towel, comfortable bed, quiet. I had a great night of sleep. The breakfast is just bread and egg, but pleasant to have that before going out. The instructions sent to me were useful and precise enough (13 pesos the jeep + 15 the shared tricycle).
