To be exempt from this fee, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport.
Guests paying for their stay in local currency will also be charged this fee.
In case of no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include said VAT supplement.

We stayed two separate nights around our hike in Torres del Paine. Checkout early in the morning was super simple, we could just leave our bags in the apartment and leave. When we arrived back three days later (late in the evening), all our stuff was waiting for us in another apartment (they texted us the codes).

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed was good. We could open the window to let in fresh air on a hot night. There is a good bakery downstairs. It is not far to the waterfront and centre of town.

The beds were big and comfortable with nice and clean linen. The rooms and the bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent apartment with friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Conveniently situated between the bus station and downtown.
