Electricity is available from 6:00 to 14:00, and then from 18:00 to midnight.--Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

We loved everything about the property. Perfectly located between Puerto Natales and Torres Del Paine, this is a little hidden gem of a hotel. The staff go out of their way to be as friendly and helpful as possible, even going as far as sending us a recommended driving route through the park to see all the sites. They also offer a 3 course dinner which was absolutely delicious. If you want to stay near-ish to the base of the towers hike, this has to be the hotel you choose!

The interior and the surrounding area of the hotel was truly beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We also chose to have dinner there, which was abundant and tasty.

The setting is gorgeous, the house feels like home and is beautifully decorated with antiques. The staff is adorable.
