Hotel Milodon was perfect for my stay. Marie-Jose on reception was so warm and friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout my stay...it was in a perfect location to access bars and restaurants in Puerto Natales and I had such a lively stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, super pleasant staff- an all women crew it seemed. Hot and filtered water available all day in the Breakfast room. Good bread at breakfast with cheese, meat, fruit, cereal and yoghurt, fruit juice and cake. Very good housekeeping. Comfy bed. Great location.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel are great. All tour companies know about this hotel, so I recommend it if you're planning to book a tour.

Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient. We had access to the dining room for tea/coffee during the day. Very central location.
