“Cute and comfortable hostal in a good location”

The hostal was cute and it was bigger than it seemed from the outside. The room has enough space for two suitcases. There was a heating in the room, which we were able to regulate ourselves. The breakfast was okay, and when we left early for some tours they gave us the breakfast to go. The staff was friendly and helpful, however only able to speak Spanish. The location is good, the main street of Puerto Natales is close by and there are quite a few restaurants.

The shower head ought to be replaced. Other than that, love the sweet proprietor, his wife and family! They are most hospitable!

The location is very good. The place is very clean and warm (something crucial in a really cold city). All rooms come with their private bathroom. The owner, don Willie, is always available to help you and provide good advice on restaurants, tours, etc. And the daily rate is very attractive if you're traveling on a budget.
