Thanks the host Juan and his reception lady waited for our return from Torres del Paines at night. They are really nice and friendly. Very comfortable room. Appreciated the bed, down blankets and hot shower provided. Had good breakfasts in the big common room.

Very comfortable room! The host Juan and his reception lady are nice and helpful. Able to store our bags in the property during our Torres trekking. Very big shared kitchen for meals. Nice breakfast provided.

We stayed in a private room with bathroom. It was really spacious, clean and warm. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Good hot shower. The breakfast was great and starts from 5am so lots of time to get breakfast before hikes. Staff were friendly. The fire in the living room was so nice to relax next to.
