Payments with Credit Card can only be in local currency (CLP). Payment in USD are only possible in cash.--Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Lucy is such a wonderful host! Beautifully and comfortably appointed hotel with a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. Staying at Casa Lucy felt like being home. Could not recommend more!

Very friendly and helpful host, even allowed us to leave stuff for free while we were away, and made a breakfast package for us. The room was also big, clean, and bed was great. Only good things!

Quiet location, but only a short walk from town centre. The owner and her husband were very attentive and pleasant. The room was large and bed comfortable, with powerful showers. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and lovely scrambled eggs

Very clean and comfortable room and breakfast area. Despite the language barrier Lucy is always very attentative and ready to help with a smile! We are staying there again after our time in the national park!
