There are no rooms, guests sleep in tents in the outdoors camping area.Please note that the property offers a camping mattress, meaning it is small and thin as it must be suitable for the tent.This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Loved our stay here! The owner was so kind and helpful! The common areas were cozy, the kitchen was big and clean, and hot showers felt amazing after long days. It’s also in a very convenient location, close to supermarkets and the bus station. Perfect place to meet really really cool travelers and prepare for your adventure!!! I truly miss it there!

Really nice staff! They helped us a lot and before we left for Torres del Paine, we left our luggage there and rented the sleeping bags 🙂 Nice shower with hot water and water dispenser with hot water and tea available all the time...

Nicole is a very friendly and welcoming host. The tent set up is comfortable and the sleeping bags were warm. Nicole kindly looked after our bags free of charge for a couple of nights while we went to the national park and she is very knowledgeable about the area. We rented a cooking set which was perfect and very reasonably priced.
