The location was amazing, right on the Amazon river with so much wildlife and incredible views. The staff were very friendly for the duration of our stay- special shout out to Luis, Max, and Jason. They were always around to help with anything (despite the language barrier) and very accommodating with any requests as well as being very eager to show us wildlife around the camp. Also the food was great and the fresh juices and coffee were delicious. Overall a really great experience with the staff.

The location was incredible and our stay in the tree house was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive, helping us to decide and arrange tours for everything we wanted to do. Luis even kindly rescued us from a tarantula who had made its home in our room! Arranging a private boat to the hotel was very easy and facilitated by Natura.

The location in the middle of the Amazonas and next to the river is amazing. There's plenty of wildlife around.
