Right on the beach. Immaculate! Fantastic facilities from toaster, kettle, coffee pots, Bluetooth speaker etc etc. Air con, comfy sun lounger on the terrace and jacuzzi. Plus super helpful staff.

The property was well located on one of the nicer parts of the beach. The apartment was spacious and very well designed and field out. The apartment private beach shade and chairs were lovely.

Absolutely loved our stay at Brisa Y Mar, we stayed in the small studio with the beautiful balcony which was the ideal spot for a week in the sun. The apartment is modern and very well furnished, with a massive comfy bed. You really are right on the beach front, with access to a small private beach and sun loungers too. You're a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops of Puerto Morelos. We recommend Local Coffee and Shop, Blue Morelos for tacos and Punta Corcho. Thanks again to Jonas, Freddy and Jin for a wonderful stay.

Nice, spacious room with a balcony and a fantastic sea view. Private beach chairs. Good and clear communication with the owner.
