The fine print
LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very spacious, clean, quiet and functional room with a wonderful view over the water towards the mountains. Located above the bus station and a short walk to ferry terminal and town centre. Pleasant walk along adjacent waterfront. Helpful staff.

We stopped over for a night to continue to Bariloche by bus. Great location since it is literally part of the bus station building. Beautiful seaview.

Excellent location for us as we used the bus terminal right next door. Also the sea front walking area is great for walking and taking in the sea air, watching ships etc. Close to restaurants and shops . We chose a room on floor 7, with sea view. No street noise , great views.
