This a nice hotel, not far from the malls (if an uphill walk). The breakfast is very good but I value how quiet rooms are (compared to other similar priced hotels in Puerto Montt). The restaurant is also good and fairly priced.

Facilities met expectations. WiFi didn't allow us check in initially so we were offered a courtesy drink at the bar. Had to remind staff as it had been added to the final bill by mistake.

Nice hotel, located in a safe part of the city but within a walking distance form the city centre and shopping center. it has a good gym and a indoor pool. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, both with many options of local food and drinks. Good quality of beds and pillows. Modern and clean bathroom.
