Was disappointed that i didn't get the apartment that I had requested back months ago & I had also emailed them about it. We were given a small front apartment in with people walking by & not to our liking. It took me to stand in reception until a lady checked out of her room for me to ask for that room. It been our 6 time to stay here was disappointed 😞
