The hotel is in a really good place, and our balcony had a stunning view to Los Gigantes. The staff is super friendly, everyone is helpful and kind. There is a good supermarket at walking distance. The breakfast was not buffet, but we enjoyed it every morning. The pool was warm, clean, the kids loved it. The room is old but gold - not the newest, but we had everything we wanted. I'm super content with this accommodation.

Our stay was amazing! This is a perfect apartment, very spacious and clean. We could not believe the stunning beauty of Los Gigantes we were observing right from our room and balcony. Despite rather hot summer days, the apartment does not need cooling though there is an air conditioner. The temperature inside was comfortable. The bed was comfortable too, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked everything we needed. Lidl across the road offers many tasty products that take no more than half an our to get completely ready (pasta, fresh meat, etc). Sometimes we were eating in the living room, sometimes at the balcony, which features a table and chairs and is incredibly large. It was cool to have such a place to ourselves! Vladimir who met us when we arrived was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We thank Vladimir and the whole hotel stuff. The hotel values its guests and we felt it. We hope to come back.
