The location is excellent and the fact that you can catch the sun all day without leaving the property is a bonus . Fittings are excellent and shade is available easily with help of electric awnings . Both bathrooms are of high standard and furniture is good quality .

The apartment was very spacious, modern, comfortable and convenient with fabulous views of both sea and mountains from the large terrace. It was possible to choose either shade or sunshine on the terrace at all times as it wrapped around. Although we were right by the beach and restaurants, it was very quiet in the apartment. We made use of the electric kettle and coffee pods machine which both worked well. The beds were very comfortable. The lift was a real bonus.

The location,large beachfront apartment was stunning, huge wrap around terrace, jacuzzi, water and wine, tea and coffee, cleaning products. Everything was thought of. Beds extremely comfortable. Billy who showed us around the apartment was a gent. I couldn't fault anything. Pricey but worth it. Would highly recommend. Weather was fabulous also..... Mogán is beautiful.

Thought of everything. All the small & extra touches are noticed & appreciated. Pretty much didn't need to buy anything for the week in an apt just food & drink. Beds are comfy. Everything modern, excellent taste & top quality. WiFi excellent (code found on no smoking sticker as you walk in the door). The terrace/balcony was spectacular with lovely views of beach. Plenty of seating areas in or out of sun. Remote controlled big sun canopes on the terrace for shade on those really hot days. Parasol aswell. Lovely recliner sofa. Smart TV in every room. Beach towels (which other places don't supply) dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer or clothes dryer for outside with pegs. There was dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags, soaps, bleach, cleaning supplies, kitchen roll, napkins, coffee, tea, biscuits, condiments........ everything you need for your time there although you may have to top up once used. There is a separate laundry room with all the cleaning/washing equipment a separate door out to the terrace for hanging washing out. A cleaner came once in our week to see if we needed the apt cleaned which we didn't but is an option for you. From the entrance area, stairwell & lift you know right away it's a top quality apt, high spec. Would highly recommend spending that little bit more for the convenience of the location (right on the beach) Spar is just up the road (2mins walk) & marina is 3 -5 mins walk. The terrace & hot tub are just lovely. I'd definitely come back to this apt again!!
