The location , the balcony , the cleanliness everywhere . It was very well equipped , we got great use of the beach chairs , umbrella etc

Beachfront location (many hotels/apartments high up and further up valley meaning long walk to beach and restaurants), above the parade of restaurants and was quiet (externally and internally).

Great location with huge balcony overlooking beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Raul , the agent, was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in such a beautiful chilled out town. Very helpful host who sorted a couple of minor issues very quickly. Having private underground parking helped as the town can get busy during the day especially on Friday market day. Great choice of restaurants especially in marina area which is very beautiful with all the flowers lining the streets which have no cars. You can watch the sun set over the horizon every night with Tenerife in the background.
