The location is perfect, near the beach and Loro Parque and the center is 10 mins walk away. Free parking all over the place. A lundrymat 5 mins away, a great one btw.

Location was decent. It was very convenient having a mini-supermarket as part of the hotel premises. It was a standard "Value for money" hotel.

We just finished a lovely stay here and were very impressed. The location is fantastic – we couldn't have asked for a better spot for getting around. Plus, the whole place is very clean, which is always appreciated. But honestly, the staff made the experience. We actually had a few issues with our reservation when we checked in. The receptionist, Ivan, was brilliant. He was so patient, immediately helpful, and managed to solve all our reservation problems without any fuss. It was a really stressful moment for us, but Ivan handled it perfectly. Highly recommend this place!
