The apartment was nice, large bedroom with softer bed than usual which suited me. Small balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area had plenty of beds and cafes/bars. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful at reception and in the dining room. The buffet breakfast was huge with lots of choices. Managed to keep a family feel which we liked and was very close to lots of restaurants and bars. Central Puerto Cruz is walking distance (although big hill).

The hotel is nice, clean, with beautiful garden. Big pool with lots of sunbeds. Breakfast is nice (unfortunatelly the main waiter at entrance was very rude).

Apartamentos Masaru is an excellent choice. The surroundings are beautiful, with plenty of greenery, scenic views, and the Agatha Christie Staircase nearby. The hotel staff is engaging, friendly, and always smiling. We had breakfast and dinner options, and it was an excellent choice. The food is delicious, with a special meat, fish, and even Italian dishes served every day for dinner. The waiters are well-organized and in control of the room at all times. Best regards, Tino. We will definitely be back.
