Kathy was so welcoming and helpful, always there with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel so comfortable. Great breakfast with a fresh juice every day, perfect location, comfortable beds with very effective aircon when the nights were warm. Simple kitchen facilities with a view so we were able to do our own breakfast before early tour starts, and dinner when we didn't want to eat out. Lucky Restaurant next door is also great. Definitely good value, and very welcoming for us as a family travelling with kids.

This is a really lovely family run hotel. They upgraded my room to a double- clean, cold crisp aircon running as I entered, starlink WiFi now installed so I was able to teach and do zoom calls back to back. Simple but sweet breakfast : eggs, toast with jam/ butter & fruit. Free tea/ coffee available all day. They stored my small cabin bag for free for me whilst I visited other islands. Good English communication via WhatsApp- limited at reception but this is to be expected in South America- get practising your Spanish! A very hard- working trying establishment.
