Perfectly located. Tastefully and subtly decorated. Very helpful and friendly staff. The biggest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel room and to top it off, the Japanese toilet in the room is quite literally the best invention ever!😀

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful and luxurious. We enjoyed the roof top pool too. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location in historic centre of Puebla; Beautiful rooms/bathrooms, very high quality decoration & furnishings & lovely to have windows that opened! Beautiful roof terrace & pool (very cold water!) with great views.
