Great location staff very friendly and help full very nice view from roof top restaurant inner rooms ie 414 no view look out to a open void of brick walls and rooms with street view are best, Only bad experience was the coffee shop next to lobby why is it there it seemed to be never staffed and when i tried to get coffee in the morning i was told to go to roof top Cafe

Rooftop breakfast experience was very good. Management has a smart contemporary hotel that will return to. I had an issue that the front desk manager took an interest in solving. This was most appreciated because it included trust. Thank you. I unfortunately do not speak Spanish. So let’s limit the following to just those guests. I was unaware of the pleasant rooftop food and drink services, until well into my second day. Am I the only no-Spanish guest who missed this? Maybe front desk could mention this, in English, at check-in if they are not doing it now.
