Very comfortable and well sized room. Clean room. In a convenient location in the historic center. Kind and friendly cleaning and desk staff. Restaurant attached to the building for convenience.

We just stayed for one night and we were very tired so we slept well (the mattress was very comfortable), although there is a lot of noise coming in from the road depending on which room you get. There were loud buses passing by our window, bring ear plugs 100%. At the same time, location was good in terms of proximity to the center, very walkable to the points of interest. The aesthetic was cute and rooms were big, shower head was barely functional though, it was a long process to wash out the shampoo from our hair. We did have an issue with the bed sheets being stained and they finally changed our room, but after the member of staff saying "they looked clean to them". Overall an ok stay for the price, it could be great with a bit more maintenance.

Best place where to stay: quiet, clean, great shower. The area is also nice, close to the puebla arena and the city centre!
