The kindest staff. All facilities clean and working. Hotel's location really comfortable and close to the "Zócalo" The coffee shop is delicious.

The hotel was within walking distance to the centre of Puebla, having plenty cafe and food opportunities nearby. The staff was very helpful and our room was in prefect condition, being cleaned every day with fresh towels and soap provided.
