Loved the wide range of games available loved the hot tub and the bathrooms and all the bedrooms had plentiful space, the shop was over the road and convenient and there was plenty of fields 2 minutes walk away very idea for dogs.

The cottage is very well equipped and was very clean. Great value for money and in a great location. Only a 10 minute drive to Leeds centre and has a shop opposite it.

Great location, addition of hot tub darts board and pool table made it a great stay, open plan downstairs was great for a group booking, whole place was clean and comfortable, hosts available if needed and good communication in lead up to stay would defo a stay again if so where is needed for a group booking
