Abrilla “Great value, quiet, well-equipped apartment but beware of difficult owner”

Great price for a 2-bed, 2-bath property close to Pucon in March. Very well-equipped, although the sofa was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Quiet location with 24-hour security to the large development. Private parking spot and walkable into town (15-20 minutes). We found the property to be clean on arrival, although the cleaner had not noticed and reported a broken dining chair, something that came back to haunt us... Great WiFi and loads of TV streaming services.
