The fine print

The stay was good overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is soundproof , and promotes easy sleeping. Only to improve (room 308): - The cleanliness (dust collection on the rooms' phone). - The shower head holder was loose /fragile and not supporting the shower head. - Shower drainage was slow. - Suggestion: maybe the hotel shall consider putting 1or 2 white light (for customers paperwork task/online meeting purposes), instead of overall yellow. Keep up the good service. Hopefully to see much improvement in the future.

nice lobby, decently clean room. basic amenities are all provided, like water kettle, coffee sachet, toothbrush and toothpaste, towel. the inclusion of a glass water bottle of mineral water is a surprise. nice to see such an environmental friendly business owner. room is adequately spacious. A walk to the nearest LRT station takes about 10-12minutes. the hotel is surrounded by a lot of eateries. Manager is friendly, there is a pre check in reminder to ensure you are on track with your journey.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Impress with the over all condition. -Family and I like the family suite very much and it matched the rating of a 3 to 4 star accommodation.
