We have spent four nights at the hotel and it was wonderful. We got a free upgrade to Junior and the room was really cozy and comfortable, with a view - to the inner garden with the pool - from the balcony. The food was heavenly; the number of the options, and the taste, oh my god - especially the honey roasted sweet potatoes :) The staff was also super kind and helpful, and one of the animators even played waterpolo with us. :) For me it's a guaranteed return when I am back in Kos again. My only problem was that we had to return to Austria :)

The Kipriotis Maris Suites Hotel is a stunning property as soon as you step into the vast lobby with spacious seating areas. Then you get to meet the true heart of this hotel, the wonderful staff. My husband & I were treated like friends staying with them in their home rather than a guest in a hotel. At reception we met Anna the unflappable Reception Manager who checked in a bus full of people in record time & then we were walled to the door of our room. The room we had was enormous with a seriously comfy bed, the room was stocked with full bathroom supplies & bottled water chilling in your own fridge. Fonti, ❤️the Restaurant Manager & Eliza,Dimitris & all her friendly & hard working team kept us fed and watered all day & all night with the best selection of fresh local food you could’ve asked for. Different proteins every day, you couldn’t want for anything. Thank you Fonti & all your team, your pride shows in your food ! We are grateful Ryan Air don’t weigh passengers on the return flight! From there you meet the nicest bartenders ever in one place - Tryfon, Emiliano, Sotos, Stathis, Vasilis! We love you all & thank you for all the laughs! Now where can I begin the Entertainment Team???!!! Larisa, Taylor & Nejla❤️❤️❤️. Their energy & enthusiasm is contagious! Their encouragement to participate in their events & fun pastimes is also a way to meet the other hotel guests you may not otherwise have spent time with & we met some brilliant people as a direct result of having the crack as we say in Ireland , with the Animation team & their brilliant activities. Keep it up, you’re fabulous! 💕 If this review doesn’t express how much I love this hotel then I will finish with this, try it out for yourself, you can thank me later! This hotel was a lovely surprise as it had really lovely grounds, lovely food, a very comfortable room, a lovely pool and great entertainment. I thought the staff were very helpful. I think any family looking for good value for money should not hesitate. The food was varied enough to cover my needs as I am gluten-free and I can't have very fatty food. I could always find a few different options with rice and oven potatoes always being available. I was very impressed by the salads and fresh fruit options. My children (teens) really enjoyed the deserts and pizza offerings. The location of the hotel is great for Kos town as it is not too far away. If you enjoy cycling that would be the best way to get there as there is a large cycling path just outside the hotel. I also saw a lot of people catching the bus just outside the hotel. We rented a car and would encourage that as there are better beaches elsewhere on the island. The entertainment was great with music quizes, live music performances, pool fitness, yoga style stretching etc. Something for everyone. We happened to get a lovely room with a sea view which was an added bonus to our stay. I would say that the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay.
