I would just repeat what everybody said before - wonderful, friendly and helpful host; amazing breakfast and cozy apartment. We had everything we might need, the beds were comfortable. Lovely stay indeed, one feels like a warm welcome guest at home. Top value to price ratio.

We came mainly for the skiing, the Hauser Kaibling ski lift is about 10 minutes away by car. Accommodation is comfortable for six people: two in one apartment with a smaller bathroom (shower, toilet) and four more in another apartment with two rooms + living room with a small kitchen (no dishwasher). The second apartment has one large bathroom (shower, toilet) plus one small bathroom (shower, toilet). -Host was very nice and helpful, we got good recommendations for local excursions. I regret that I only speak very basic German. - The breakfasts were amazing: e.g. youghurt, ham, salami, cheese etc, fresh Brötchens, fruit, five different homemade jams (very tasty), nutella, different kinds of muesli, milk, coffee, tea and two kinds of juice. We agreed to have it at 7:10 so we could start skiing at 8:15, when the lift opens.

Great location, quiet and peaceful area but very close to ski resorts - 10-15 minutes by car. Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful hosts. Dryer for ski boots.
