Lovely large villa , 3 large bedrooms , nice and dark in the bedrooms , comfortable beds Beautifully clean Good communication with staff pre and during holiday 1 minute walk through a garden gate to the beach

The location is great, just a few meters from the beach. We traveled with a baby, and the house has everything you need: a bed, changing table, etc. The house is very spacious and clean. The air conditioners are new and work great. It feels like everything in the house is well thought out, with plenty of plugs and a TV in every room. The outside space is not that large but is enough to enjoy your morning coffee or even dinner at night. There is not much privacy, though, because of how the gate is made. However, this did not bother us much. I would recommend this villa for a family getaway. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had!

Location is perfect, it's almost right by the beach and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. We didn't even need to hire a car because the bus station is a 5 minute walk if you want to visit Protaras or Agia Napa. Regarding the villa itself, everything was nice and clean when we came. It looks exactly like on the photos here. It has everything you need to feel like home. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. There is a nice lounge area outside. The pool is cleaned regularly. There are also 6 a/c devices inside the house, which was really convenient when it was too hot to sit outside. Overall, a great stay,well worth the money. I totally recommend it to everyone who wants some peace and quiet while on vacation.
