House located in the resort with nice swimming pool. Even there is no real garden (I mean no grass), you have sufficient room and privacy. There are 4 areas around the house where you can relax or chat with friends (lounger by the swimming pool, dining table, outside sofas, coffee table with chairs). The house equipment is new and clean, well decorated with those little things which are making you feel almost like at home. Nearest restaurants are less than 5 mins by walk from the house, the same for the corner shop. Excellent communication with land lord, all instructions received in advance. We've had a problem with A/C and the facility guy came immediately and fix the problem, really good service!

The location of the property was ideal, walking distance to Pernera strip and local amenities. Villa had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great at the property and the pool was just perfect (once it had been cleaned).

Beautiful villa, we had a very pleasant stay here with our two young children. The host was very accommodating to our requests. Highly recommended.
