The property is in a great location, secure gated access with fantastic sea views at the rear. It’s in a peaceful convenient location with a local shop only 5mins walk away. There is a bus stop 5 mins away to take you to Protaras or Ayia Napa. The beach path leads all the way into Protaras or the Cyclops caves. There are fantastic snorkelling spots literally a stones throw away.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location, quiet and spacious. Located near a few tavernas and shops within walking distance and on a bus route to central Protaras and Ayia Napa.

Wonderful and a very helpful management company, a clean and spacious villa perfect for a work retreat with a small group of friends looking to unwind, a quiet location, and a number of beautiful beaches just around the corner! Highly recommended!
