Excellent hostess.meticulously clean property. Many little touches to let you know you are welcome here. Just a perfect place on our trip through this part of Austria. Thanks a lot, we greatly appreciate your hospitality.

The house is located in a very good spot to make it a base for trekking. The road is not that much frequented so it's easy to get some good rest during the day (listening to birds and stream running through the property) and sleep at night. The idea of roof windows converting to mini-balconies is brilliant! Especially with the starry sky above the house. The kitchen annex and the bathroom are really well equipped. We even got to try the local March beer left for us in the fridge (THANK YOU :) ) and good coffee from capsules easily accessible in local stores.

I liked many things, the simplicity of check-in, flat was already available for early check-in, the design and the high quality of the interior, all organized în detail, many confy corners. The old house behind the accomodation fascinated me. Coffee, sogar and milk available beside other things. Parking 'like a boss' :) Green area for my dog. Birds singing. Green area around to explore. From there I also had amasing trips to Erzberg.

Nice place, very cosy and comfortable. Beatifull view from the window. All furniture seems almost new. Very nice decorations…
