Lovely small hotel. Friendly staff and people staying there. Great having the shared kitchen and coffee ready and waiting in the mornings. Shared balcony lovely place to sit or lay in a hammock in the mornings and evenings.

Very nice little hotel to stay in Progreso, one street behind the main malecon and beach. Clean and comfortable.

The place is lovely! Excellent location on the beach!! And the staff is very nice and approachable!!! Thank you so much for a great stay! We had a lot of fun!
