Location, flexible staff when I accidentally had booked two nights when I could have just taken a late checkout instead and save 20 euroes.

Very close to everything in Prizren center. The taxis to the bus station were not so expensive, I paid 3.2€. It was clean and matches the pictures. It is possible to pay online, which I always prefer. There was a small fridge, TV and plenty of towels. WiFi worked well. There were sockets near the bed. The owner helped out with the bags going up the stairs.
