The room had an amazing view, the beds were SO comfy, the breakfast was amazing, the facilities were clean and comfy. The staff were so friendly and helpful- they let us check out super late and even walked all the way to the centre with us to help us get a taxi. Absolutely outstanding service, we were made to feel at home.

The best option for accommodation in Prizren and one of the best hotels I have stayed at recently. The facilities are new, everything is very clean, with beautiful views and a good breakfast. Above all, the kindness of the staff stands out; their service was exceptional. Whenever we come to Prizren, we will stay here.
