The apartament is very spacious, comfortable and cozy, in a stone house surrounded by a private, beautiful garden and a big yard. In front of the entrance is a nicely shaded terrace, olive trees, vine and plenty of Mediterranean mature plants. The property offers a beautiful sea view, too. There is a place for parking on the property. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped and all the place is sparkling clean. The surrounding area is incredibly quiet and Prines is a lovely village where you can find some good Greek restaurants. The host is very kind, discreet and frind.

Lovely location! In close proximity to the centre of the village of Prines with a few taverna's ! Giannikos is a very good one! And a short car drive to the beach in Rethymno, Gerani, or Episkopi. Although there is no airco in the apartment the bedroom is cool enough to sleep comfortably. Skevos is a very nice man who brought some Raki and fruits on arrival! We recommend this apartment for those who seek a calm and quiet environment to spend their holiday! Thank you Skevos for the warm welcome, see you again!
