Casa del Maestro is a wonderful atmospheric villa. We spent a wonderful time there with friends. It is the best choice to taste the beauty of true Cretan peaceful life. It was clean, quiet and private. It is located in the beautiful, charming village of Prines, where live nice and helpful people. Best choice.

We were looking for a property with some character and space. This property fitted the bill completely (and included the swimming pool as a bonus) The property is very large with three bathrooms/showers plenty of beds kitchen, plenty of parking on the street outside. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine. The swimming pool is excellent with plenty of seating and secluded. The wifi signal is good. There are three eating options in the village and Rethymno with an abundance of restaurants is about 15 minutes drive away. It is fairly well positioned to drive to both the North and South central coast (also Chania) Aris the host/owner is very helpful and speaks good English (and Greek I guess)
