Rooms were clean. Toilet was decent. Breakfast was a minimum. There was no black coffee at the time. Good location outside. You can visit University.

Service was excellent! My third time staying here with my daughter during an event at Ella Fitzgerald Auditorium! Our check in receptionists is always so welcoming and kind to us!! We Love it Here!

Great place to stay in your way from Assateague area to Chincoteague, or vice versa, after a full beach day. Cool to stay in a student environment. All very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.
