The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were excellent. I found the hotel was quiet & located near many restaurants and stores. Good value.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Everyone was kind and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed. Probably the best experience I have had with a hotel.

In the heart of downtown, this hotel has many original features from the beginning of the 20th century which gave it a charm. There was a pub and restaurant attached that was tastefully decorated with good beers.

Mary was amazing at greeting us early so we could drop our luggage off and every day since she always asked us how our day went. All the staff were helpful and kind. It was so nice to return to our rooms at the end of the day with the bed made, clean towels and rubbish emptied. The restaurant served yummy breakfasts that kept us going to mid afternoon. Would highly recommend it, and if we are ever in Prince Albert again, we will definitely book this accommodation.
