Excellent location of the building,close to the beach and center,very clean,large terraces and rooms,very friendly staff and very,very kind and helpful owner.Accomodation for every recommendation!

Hotel Tsar Kaloyan in Primorsko is the best budget hotel in its class. It's has a fantastic location: 5 mins walk to the beaches and the city centre. There are many restaurants, shops and even coffee machines around. There is a car parking in the yard of the hotel. I liked the beautiful paintings and art work in the room and corridors.
